We are looking for Accountants
We are looking for accountants and tax advisors who either hold a qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CTA, AAT, ATT, IFA, CIMA or have been in practice or trained in accounting practice. Accountants who are not qualified must demonstrate higher management experience. We are very selective to award our franchise. Our interview is extensive and will encompass technical information as well as business acumen.
Qualities you must demonstrate
We look for accountants and professionals who are well organised, adaptable and proactive. We expect our franchisee to demonstrate high level of standards and uphold the integrity of accounting practice industry.
The key quality to a successful accounting practice is the communication between accountant and client. Without this trait being perfected, you will be unable to reach your earning potential.
A successful franchisee will be able to swiftly adapt to ever changing obstacles an accounting practice will face on daily basis. Forward thinking, positive attitude and the eagerness to overcome these challenges is necessary.
As an accountant its not only important for your own business but for your clients as well, to have commercial awareness. It has become a very high valued skill, and most of your clients would like you to talk in their business language.
We expect our franchisee to be familiar with accounting software. If you have no hands on experience, we will provide you extensive training on software we use for practice management and accounting and tax complaince.
