We prefer our franchisee to have a formal accounting qualification But if you have a degree and experience working in accounting practice, you can still join Tax Accountant Franchise To help you, we will train you in anti money laundering as its one of the perquisites to be in practice.
Our model is based on fundamentals of marketing and research. All areas are not same and differ in population, income, industry presence and economic activity. We are very selective. Our recruitment process is comprehensive. From initial inquiry to award of licence there will be two interviews. You must demonstrated understanding of business ethics, risk measurement and customer services. On technical side we expect our franchisee to have full understanding of UK accounting and tax compliance along with up to date knowledge of Anti Money Laundering Legislation.
You would need to start your own limited company. If you are a qualified accountant, you must apply for a practicing licence from your institute. If you are qualified by experience, you must register with HMRC for Anti Money Laundering. You must hold an indemnity insurance and data protection licence as soon as you start business.

As a Tax Accountant Franchisee, you must let us know if you want to sell your franchise. The details how and when to apply for licence transfer or surrender are written in the agreement. We can provide you help in selling your franchise and get maximum gross recurring fee.
Tax Accountant franchise is granted for five years. You can extend your licence for period of another five years. There will be a small administration fee of £1,000. We can give you extended licence for 10 years if you out perform targets.
You may have come from an employment background and know the technical side of the business. But sales and marketing is as important as numbers in business. That’s why we will train you in first three months, so you can achieve expected sales each year. If you are unable to convert leads or online inquiries or not respond to new and potential client inquiries, unfortunately, we may cancel the licence. You must achieve a minimum turnover of £40,000 in first year and subsequent turnover of £25,000 in next four years. We expect our franchisee to have minimum of £140,000 sales at the end of five years. This is very realistic target, but if you have shop premises you have potential to earn more and double the target sales.
You must fully understand before signing the contract. You will go through a vigorous check and interviews before you qualify for the Tax Accountant Franchise licence. Not everyone can qualify and we will not award anyone licence who cannot demonstrate the passion to be a successful accountant in practice. But if due to any circumstances you decide to leave after signing the contract, we will charge you offise setup fee and any expenses incurred during the first three months. You must handover all equipment including telephone and computers, printers, software login details, stationery, office passes etc to our office.
